NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Theatre Delicatessen Loy have applied to the City of Westminster on 12 March 2009, for a new premises licence to use the premises at Ground Floor, 295 Regent Street for: the provision of regulated entertainment / for the sale by retail of alcohol.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his or her representation by 12 April 2009 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, 14th Floor, City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP.

The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk and following the links.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5,000.
