At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company duly convened and held at Kent House, Romney Place, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6LH on 12 March 2009 the following Special and Ordinary Resolutions were duly passed:-

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of it’s liabilities, continue it’s business and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Ruth Ellen Duncan, of Atherton Bailey, Kent House, Romney Place, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6LH, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
