At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Hunter House, 109 Snakes Lane West, Woodford Green, Essex IG8 0DY on 9 February 2009 the following resolutions were duly passed, No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:-

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That Zafar Iqbal be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up”.
