At a General Meeting of the above named company convened and held at the offices of Richard J Smith & Co, Norfolk House, 16 Lemon Street, Truro TR1 2LS on 14 August 2008 at 11.30 am the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Giles Richard Frampton&Hamish Millen Adam of Richard J Smith & Co, 53 Fore Street, Ivybridge, Devon PL21 9AE be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
