The Q ueen has been pleased by Warrant bearing date 11 September 2007 to direct the issue of a Commission under the Great Seal appointed to be kept and made use of in place of the Great Seal of Scotland appointing Carol Elizabeth Margaret Kinghorn, to be Lord Lieutenant for the Area of Kincardineshire.
