NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO STOP UP A HIGHWAY AT PART OF VINCENT ROAD, LITHERLAND
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Sefton, the Highway Authority for the highway hereinafter mentioned intend to apply to the South Sefton Magistrates’ Court sitting at The Law Courts, Merton Road, Bootle on the 23rd August 2007, at 2pm for an Order authorising the stopping-up of the below listed highway on the ground that, it is unnecessary.
Part of a passageway adjoining the rear of the property numbered 145 Moss Lane, Litherland commencing from a point with the south-eastern boundary of the property numbered 46/48 Vincent Road and extending in a north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 43m.
The area of highway to be stopped-up is shown edged black and is shown on the plan (ref: DC0021/2) deposited at the offices of Bootle Town Hall, Oriel Road, Bootle, Merseyside, (reference CLB/HIGH0596-1) where it may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours.
Any person wishing to object to the proposals or make representations about them may appear at South Sefton Magistrates’ Court on 23rd August 2007 at 2pm.
