FIRGROVE TRUSSED RAFTERS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, that a Final Meeting of the Members of Firgrove Trussed Rafters Limited will be held at offices of Chantrey Vellacott DFK, Russell Square House, 10-12 Russell Square, London WC1B 5LF, 2 May 2007, at 11.00 am, to be followed at 11.30 am, on the same day by a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the Company. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property disposed, and hearing any explanation that may be given by him. Any Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above mentioned Meetings are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at the offices of Chantrey Vellacott DFK, Russell Square House, 10-12 Russell Square, London WC1B 5LF, no later than 12 noon on the last business day preceding the date of the Meeting stated above.
