Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh SO53 3TZ, on 12 April 2007 at 10.30 am for the purpose of showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and of hearing an explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators.
