I hereby give notice that we, Charles M Brook and Martin A Shaw, of Tenon Recovery, 100 Wakefield Road, Lepton, Huddersfield HD8 0DL, were appointed Joint Administrators of the above-named Company on 22 December 2005. All debts and claims should be sent to me at my address above. All Creditors who have not already done so are invited to prove their debts in writing to me. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given. The last date for submitting your proof of debt is 6 March 2007. The Administrators intend to make a First and Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors within 2 months of the last date of proving.
