Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 27 July 2006, Pushkin Ltd. transferred its entire interest in Pond Ventures II Associates L.P. (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP006997, to Elena Gera and that with effect from 27 July 2006 Elena Gera was admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner and Pushkin Ltd. ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
