Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Final General Meetings of the Company Members and Creditors of Bolton Rubber Co Limited will be held at Marshall Peters Limited, Heskin Hall Farm, Wood Lane, Heskin, Lancashire PR7 5PA, on 10 July 2006 at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, to receive any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator and to consider the Resolutions detailed below: “The Liquidator’s final report and receipts and payments account be approved, and that Marshall Peters Limited be repaid from the Liquidation estate all Category 2 disbursements properly incurred, and that the Liquidators release from office is agreed and approved, and that the Liquidator be authorised to destroy the books and records of the Company 12 months after the dissolution of the Company.” C Morris, Liquidator 6 June 2006.
