Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Sutcliffe & Co, 288 High Street, Dorking, Surrey RH4 1QT, on Friday 16 June 2006, at 10.00 am, to be followed at 10.15 am by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding-up for the period of the liquidation to date. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place and Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) appoint a proxy. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
