In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Leeds District Registry.  No 1363 of 2005 In the Matter of A H PLUMBING CONTRACTORS LIMITED (Company Number 04881042) and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 24 Tyne View, Lemington, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Tyne and Wear NE15 8RA, presented on 16 December 2005 by BSS Group Plc, of Fleet House, Lee Circle, Leicester LE1 3QQ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG, on 2 May 2006, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
