Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Regulation 15(1)(a) of the European Economic Interest Grouping Regulations 1989, of amendments in the particulars of the contract for the formation of the under-mentioned European Economic Interest Grouping:

Name of grouping: CSI BEVERAGES EEIG.
Registration number of grouping: GE21.
Date of registration of grouping: 18 December 1991.
Place of registration of grouping: Companies House, Crown Way, Cardiff CF14 3UZ.
Official address of grouping: 46 Clarendon Road, Watford, Herefordshire WD17 1HR.

Particulars of amendment to the contract for the formation of the grouping:

The official address has changed to 12-14 RUR BELGRAND—92300 LEVALLOIS-PERRET, FRANCE.
SCHWEPPES FRANCE (an existing Member) merged into ORANGINA PAMPRYL (an existing Member).
ORANGINA PAMPRYL then changed its name to ORANGINA SCHWEPPES on 1 January 2003, and further changed to ORANGINA SCHWEPPES HOLDING on 18 April 2004.
SCHWEPPES GMBH (an existing Member) has changed its name to APOLLINARIS & SCHWEPPES.
Appointment of ORANGINA SCHWEPPES as a new manager of the grouping.
ORANGINA SCHWEPPES (formerly known as THE NEW DRINKS COMPANY, a Company incorporated under the laws of France, registered under No 404 907941, whose registered office is situated at 12-14 Rue Belgrand, 92300 Levallois Perret, France.
