Notice is hereby given of the retirement from The Take 4.6 TV Partnership of Teather & Greenwood as Partner, Founding Partner and Administrative Partner, and the admission of Baker Street Media Finance Limited as a new Partner, Founding Partner and Administrative Partner to that Partnership, both with effect from 30 June 2005. Baker Street Media Finance Limited and the ongoing Partners will continue to carry on business under the name of The Take 4.6 TV Partnership.
