At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Midland Hotel, Forster Square, Bradford BD1 4HU, on 14 April 2004, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as an Extraordinary Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the Company be wound up and that David Leighton Cockshot, of the firm of BWC Business Solutions, 8 Park Place, Leeds LS1 2RU, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.” Note: David Leighton Cockshott is authorised to act as an Insolvency Practitioner by the Insolvency Practioners Association.
