(formerly Longfield Care Homes Ltd) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, 4 Red Hill House, Saltney, Chester CH4 8BU, on 27 February 2004, at 11.00 am and 11.30 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them of the Liquidators acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up, hearing any explanations given by the Liquidator, and determining the Liquidators release. A Creditor or Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Creditor or Member.
