Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at Becket House, 1 Lambeth Palace Road, London SE1 7EU, on 19 September 2003, commencing at 10.30 am, to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Companies has been conducted and their property disposed of and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidators. Any Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her and such a proxy need not also be a Member.
