Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Casson Beckman & Partners, 3 Dyers Buildings, London EC1N 2JT, on Friday 26 July 2002, at 11.00 am, for the purposes of receiving an account of the actions and dealings of the Liquidator and of the conduct of the winding-up. Members wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Members attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of Casson Beckman & Partners, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the Meeting.
