THE SUTTON (DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES) (NO 3) (CONSOLIDATION NO 2) ORDER 2002

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton made the above-mentioned Order on Monday 20 May 2002, under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The principal objective of the Order is to consolidate into one Order all current Disabled Persons Parking Places in the London Borough of Sutton. The amending Orders are 2001/03, 2001/28, 2001/32, 2001/47, 2001/57, 2002/05 and 2002/13. 3. A copy of this Order, which will come into effect on Monday 27 May 2002, can be examined at: Civic Offices, St. Nicholas Way, Sutton, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday; and Environmental Services, 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
