In the Bournemouth County Court.  No 10 of 2002 In the Matter of CADUCEUS LEISURE LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Caduceus Leisure Limited, presented on 13 March 2002 by Christopher John Flux Ambrose, of 24 Bingham Avenue, Lilliput, Poole, Dorset BH14 8NE, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Bournemouth County Court, Deansleigh Road, Bournemouth, on Thursday 18 April 2002, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
