Notice hereby is given by Siraz Ismail, of 26 Gloucester Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 4PW, a Commonwealth citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 37(1), who gives public notice that, on 13th March 2001, MUHAMMAD ISMAIL, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his respective names of Sarfraz Mohamed Ismail and assumed and adopted in place thereof the name Muhammad Ismail and further that such change of name is evidenced by a Deed Poll dated 13th March 2001, executed by the said Siraz Ismail and attested and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 10th April 2001.
