Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Kingston Smith & Partners, 105 St. Peter’s Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3EJ, on 6th April 2001, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be lodged at Kingston Smith & Partners, 105 St. Peter’s Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3EJ, by no later than 12 noon on 5th April 2001. T. J.
