Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 9th March 2000 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 14th March 2000, I, STEPHEN MARKDAVIS, of 491 Hagley Road West, Quinton, Birmingham, married and a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 1(1), formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Dunne and have assumed and adopted and intend on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Davis instead of the surname of Dunne so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Stephen Mark Davis exclusively.
