A Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Trustee in Bankruptcy, pursuant to section 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of having laid before them a summary of his final receipts and payments account and to consider whether he should have his release as Trustee in Bankruptcy, pursuant to section 299 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
