Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Albert Chambers, 221-223 Chingford Road, London E4 8LP, on Friday, 19th March 1999, at 12 noon and 12.30 p.m. respectively, to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator and to pass a Resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of the Company.
