At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, duly convened, and held at Liverpool Hope University College, Hope Park, Liverpool, on 2nd December 1998, at 3.30 p.m., the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Peter Leonard Thurston, of Queen Anne House, 69-71 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JP, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.” E.
