Notice is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Michael J. Marsden, Ian Smith Tongs, Jacqueline Patricia Marsden and Carol Maureen Tongs, carrying on business as Independent Financial Advisers under the style or firm name of NOBLE GRANT INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL ADVISERS has been dissolved as from 30th September 1998, so far as concerns Michael James Marsden and Jacqueline Patricia Marsden who retire from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid respectively by Ian Smith Tongs and Carol Maureen Tongs who will carry on the said business in Partnership under the style or firm name of Noble Grant Independent Financial Advisers. 21st September 1998.
