Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 24th July 1998, Barclays Pension Fund Trustees Limited, assigned 200,000 Partnership Units, part of the interest held by it in the Whitgift Shopping Centre Partnership, a Limited Partnership registered in England with No. LP005657, and that with effect from 24th July 1998, Norwich Union Life and Pensions Limited also became a Limited Partner in the Whitgift Shopping Centre Partnership.
