Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Lane Heywood Davis, Anchor Brewhouse, 50 Shad Thames, London SE1 2YB, on Wednesday, 30th September 1998, at 10.15 a.m. and 10.20 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Joint Liquidators, showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts, papers and documents of the Company should be disposed of. Proxies to be used at either of the Meetings must be lodged at Anchor Brewhouse, 50 Shad Thames, London SE1 2YB, not later than 12 noon on the business day before the Meeting. J. R.
