Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Neville Eckley, 3 Silver Street, Wiveliscombe, Taunton, Somerset TA4 2PA, on 11th September 1998, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.15 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up.
