The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The Hammersmith and Fulham (Free Parking Places) (Diplomatic Missions) (Amendment No. 1) Order 1998
Notice is hereby given that on 31st July 1998, the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham made the above mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic Act 1991. This Order comes into operation on 10th August 1998, and the general effect will be as described in the notice of proposals published in The London Gazette on 19th June 1998. For a period of 6 weeks from the day on which the Order is made, a copy of the Order and a copy of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected during normal office hours in the Traffic and Safety Group, Environment Department, Town Hall, King Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9JU. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or any of the provisions therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, or that any of the relevant requirements has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks of the Order being made, make applications for the purpose to the High Court.
