Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between David L. Demby, Ralph A. de Souza, Noorali A. Jin, Andrew M. Kaye, Derek S. Levy, John E. C. Lim, Roy J. O’Gorman and Laurence Sacker, carrying on business as Chartered Accountants at 27 Blandford Street, London W1H 4EN, under the names of LEIGH CARR and LEIGH CARR & CO., has been dissolved as from 30th April 1998. On 30th April 1998 A. de Souza, Noorali A. Jin, Roy J. O’Gorman and I. P. Sugarman formed a new Partnership to carry on business in the names of Leigh Carr and Leigh Carr & Co. D. A. Demby R.
