THORNHILL ENGINEERING COMPANY (CARDIFF) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Martin House, 26-30 Old Church Street, Chelsea, London SW3 5BY, on 8th May 1998, at 3 p.m., to be followed by a Meeting of the Creditors at 3.30 p.m. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings should be lodged at Martin House, 26-30 Old Church Street, Chelsea, London SW3 5BY, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings. D.
