Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Ernst & Young, One Bridewell Street, Bristol BS1 2AA, on 23rd April 1998 at 11.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation given by the Liquidator. A form of proxy must be lodged with me no later than 12 noon on 22nd April 1998 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed proof of debt if not already lodged). C. M.
