The principal place of business of the Company is and has at all material times been Imperial House, St. Nicholas Circle, Leicester LE1 4IF, presented on 26th January 1998 by The Ostrich Farming Corporation Limited (in Liquidation) whose registered office is situate at Hobson House, 155 Gower Street, London WC1E 6BU, and which is in Liquidation acting by Adrian Stanway and Patrick Boyden of Coopers & Lybrand, Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, as Joint Liquidators, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 4th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 3rd March 1998.
