Notice is hereby given that on 29 December 2005 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh, by Alison Archibald Marr and Alistair Edmund Marr, both residing at 23 Woodvale Avenue, Giffnock, Glasgow G46 6RG, the Directors of William Nimmo & Company Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 21 Tennant Street, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 5NA (“the Company”), craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition Sheriff McPartlin, by Interlocutor dated 29 December 2005, allowed any party claiming an interest, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Clerk’s Office, Sheriff Court House, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh EH1 1LB within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement and meantime, nominated and appointed Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Gary Steven Fraser, both Chartered Accountants of KPMG LLP, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2EG to be the joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and that until an Interim Liquidator of the Company is appointed or the Petition is dismissed; of all of which notice is hereby given.
