Notice is hereby given that in a petition presented on 19 April 2005, by Body Positive Strathclyde, having its registered office at 9 Sandyford Place, Glasgow G3 7NB, for an order to wind up Body Positive Strathclyde, Lord Kinclaven, by interlocutor dated 19 April 2005, appointed the petition to be intimated on the walls of the Court of Session, and advertised once in The Edinburgh Gazette and The Herald newspaper and ordained any party claiming an interest, if they intend to show cause why the crave of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto at the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ within eight days after this advertisement and meantime appointed Charles Moore of Moore & Co, 40 New City Road, Glasgow to be provisional liquidator.
