Customs & Excise
To the Owner of the following goods seized on the 1st day of July 2007 at National Car Park premises, Gortrush Industrial Estate, Omagh.

| | 40 litres Republic of Ireland Marked Gas Oil (Green Diesel) |
Pursuant to Section 139(6) of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979, and paragraph 1 of the 3rd Schedule thereto, the Commissioners of Customs and Excise hereby give you notice that by virtue of the powers contained in the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979 and enactments amending that Act, the aforesaid goods have been seized as liable to forfeiture upon the grounds that:
| (a) | The aforesaid fuel was found in the main running tank of the aforementioned vehicle on the 1st day of July 2007 at National Car Park premises, Gortrush Industrial Estate, Omagh. |
Whereby and by force of regulation 24(1) and paragraphs 9 & 10 of Schedule 4 thereto of the Hydrocarbon Oils Duties Act 1979, the aforesaid diesel is liable to forfeiture .
| (b) | The car 96-WW-4117, found not to bear a current tax disk, was mixed, packed, or found with the aforesaid things which were liable to forfeiture. |
| | Whereby and by force of Section 141(1)(b) of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979, the Citroen Zantia car Registration Number: 96-WW-4117is also liable to forfeiture. |
If you claim that all or any of the aforesaid goods are not liable to forfeiture you must, within one month from the date of publication of this notice of seizure, give notice of your claim in writing to the Commissioners at an office of Customs and Excise. Your notice must also specify your name and address, the goods claimed as not liable to forfeiture, and if you are outside the United Kingdom, the name and address of a solicitor in the United Kingdom who is authorised to accept service of process on your behalf. In default of such notice all the aforesaid goods will be deemed to have been duly condemned as forfeited. If you give notice as set out above, legal proceedings will be taken for the condemnation of all goods claimed as not being liable to forfeiture.
