Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Partners Group Global Value SICAV has transferred its entire interest in Partners Group Access 733 L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL017788 (the “Partnership”) to Partners Group GVD Access S.C.SP..

As a result, Partners Group Global Value SICAV has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Partners Group GVD Access S.C.SP. has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
