A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Flint Energy Ltd (13981048) of Tregolls Cottage, Stithians, Truro TR3 7BX, whose nature of business is Electrical installation, Wholesale of hardware, plumbing and heating equipment and supplies, Environmental consulting activities, presented on Tuesday 02 June 2026, at 12:00 by EDMUNDSON ELECTRICAL LIMITED, of Edmundson House, Po Box 1, Tatton Street, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 6AY claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 21 July 2026, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
