A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose current registered office is at 23/24 New Broadway, Worthing, England, BN11 4HP and which was formerly registered at Kingsgate, 62 High Street, Redhill, RH1 1SG, was presented to the High Court of Justice on 16 December 2025 pursuant to section 122(1)(f) of the Insolvency Act 1986 by the Company acting by its director, Witsimang Sebata.
The Petition is directed to be heard at the Insolvency and Companies Court, Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 3 June 2026 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its representative in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 16:00 hours on 2 June 2026.
