Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The general effect of the order is: To revoke approximately 4 metres of the existing Resident Permit Holders Only parking bay between No.35/37. These changes are required to support the installation of a kerb build-out leading to the shared cycle/pedestrian path linking Palace Road and The Grove. The build-out will extend to a point level with the adjacent parking bays while the existing crossover will be removed.
A copy of the proposed Order, a copy of this notice, a copy of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the proposed Order and plan(s) showing the locations and effects of the Order can be viewed via the online consultation portal https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey or inspected during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexendra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders is made or the Council decides not to make the Order.
