Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that FC145 Private Equity Fund has transferred its entire interest in ASF VIII L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL033019 (the “Partnership”) to iGAM Global Private Equity Fund L.P. FC145 Private Equity Fund has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. iGAM Global Private Equity Fund L.P. has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
