Notice is hereby given to all actual and potential creditors (including any potential creditor alleging that he has unliquidated or contingent claims and any person alleging that he has a contractual arrangement with the corporation which remains unsatisfied) of Geiko Investments S.A., a Liberian corporation, that the corporation was voluntarily dissolved with immediate effect pursuant to articles of dissolution filed with the Liberian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 10 September 2025. To make a claim against the corporation, you must file a written statement including the amount of your claim, an explanation of your claim sufficient to inform the corporation of the basis thereof, and any supporting documentation relating to your claim on or before 10 March 2026 with the corporation at: 36 Leadenhall Street, London EC3A 1AT, United Kingdom. Any claims made after made after this date may be barred.
