NOTICE IS GIVEN that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Rock Farm, 11 Main Road, Middlezoy, Bridgwater, TA7 0PB on 25 September 2025 at 13:00 the following resolutions were passed, resolution number 1 as a Special Resolution, number 3 as an Extraordinary resolution and all others as Ordinary Resolution:
1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Philip Stephen Wallace of PS Wallace & Co be appointed as Liquidator of the Company.
3. That the liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company`s assets in specie.
