NOTICE is hereby given that on 22 August 2025, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Kirkcaldy by RG PLANT (SCOTLAND) LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Unit 7, Block 1 Muirhead, Mitchelston Industrial Estate, Kirkcaldy, KY1 3PB craving the Court inter alia to order that the said RG Plant (Scotland) Limited be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed. In which Petition the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy by Interlocutor dated 25 August 2025 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and First Deliverance to be advertised once in "The Edinburgh Gazette" and "The Herald" newspapers and ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court House, Whytescauseway, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1XQ within 8 days after such publication, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
