NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition was presented on 10th May 2025 by Graham Andrew Reid, of 6 Perth Road, Birnam, PH8 0DN, the sole director and a creditor of the above-named company, Bink Outdoor Ltd, for the winding-up of the company.
The petition is to be heard at the Bristol District Registry, Business and Property Courts, at Bristol Civil and Family Justice Centre, 2 Redcliff Street, Bristol BS1 6GR, on Tuesday 10 June 2025 at 10:15 AM (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petitioner or to the court, no later than 4:00 PM on Monday 9 June 2025.
