Notice is hereby given that on 14 April 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Dunoon by PORTAL SECURITY LIMITED, 26 Tannoch Drive, Glasgow, G67 2XX, craving the Court inter alia that CABER HOUSE LIMITED, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC658742) having its Registered Office at 43 Argyll Street, Dunoon, Scotland, PA23 7HG (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Dunoon by interlocutor dated 14 April 2025; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dunoon within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
