On 10 March 2025, the above-named company went into insolvent liquidation.

I, Stephen Quinn of Unit 1, Bayview Industrial Estate, Dargan Crescent, Belfast, BT3 9JP, was a director of the above-named company from 18 December 2017 until the day it went into liquidation. Certain assets of Belfast Bus Company Limited (in Liquidation) (Company No. NI033825) will or have been purchased by Belfast Bus & Coach Company Limited (Company Number NI613209). Belfast Bus & Coach Company Limited proposes to adopt the trading style Belfast Bus Company, which were previously adopted by Belfast Bus Company Limited.

We hereby give notice that we intend to act in one or more of the ways to which Article 180(3) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 applies in connection with, or for the purposes of, carrying on the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent company under the name Belfast Bus & Coach Company Limited, trading as Belfast Bus Company.
